An authentic architectural gem from the 20th century, where you can admire a Roman column recovered from the underlying Temple of Hercules, Villa Angelina carries a fascinating history. Built by the banker and shipowner Tommaso Astarita, this residence has enchanted and seduced for over a century with its magnificent panorama and enviable location. Its beauty did not escape Eduardo De Filippo, who, while visiting his dear friend, described these territories as among the most beautiful in existence.
Over the years, the villa passed into the hands of shipowner Achille Lauro, who transformed it into a splendid residence for his beloved family, before being purchased in 1998 by the Del Giudice family, who still owns it today. Surrounded by olive groves and lemon orchards, the villa stands like a ship on a promontory overlooking the sea, offering a marvelous view. With Capri in the background, this place is a living testimony to the love and enchantment that nature can offer.
